2020 CHERYL STEARNS’S ACCURACY CAMP (Part of the AMERICUP Series)

This training camp is for jumpers of all skill levels in accuracy landing and those wanting to improve their landing skills. Less experienced accuracy jumpers can compete in the Intermediate category for the accuracy competition. Attendees may come for any length of time – one day or more.

Training Camp: April 23 – May 2, 2020
(Drop zone will be open every day)

DZ: Skydive Carolina, Chester, South Carolina https://www.skydivecarolina.com/

* The DZ will set up an online registration & waiver page for their planning purposes and to quicken the process at the DZ upon your arrival.

Accuracy Jumps: $15

Training Camp Fee: $50

Jumpers MUST have an AAD and a USPA membership (3 month temporary membership = $30, new annual membership = $78, renewing annual membership = $66).
**Canadian Sport Parachuting Association memberships will be honored in lieu of a USPA membership.**

Nearest Airport: Charlotte International (North Carolina) – 45 minute – 1 hour drive to DZ.
Alternate Airport: Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson International (Georgia) – Google map says 4 hour drive. But, add at least an hour to that as Atlanta traffic can be very congested.

Lodging: Super 8, Days Inn, Econo Lodge, Quality Inn are located off of Hwy 77 & Lancaster Hwy in Richburg, South Carolina. Room rates between $65-100. More hotel options are in Rock Hill, although that is a longer drive to the DZ. The DZ has nice bunkhouses (contact them to reserve) and free tent camping space.

DZ Amenities: Large hanger for packing, rigging shop, store, nice bathrooms with showers, covered sitting areas, bbq/picnic area, food vendor (breakfast, lunch, dinner).
